Wyoming home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Wyoming rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $306,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wyoming in October 2019.
