Kenwood home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Kenwood rose by $195,050 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 87.7% increase over the $222,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Kenwood in October 2019.
