The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Mount Healthy increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Mount Healthy rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the fourth quarter of 2019.
