The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Newtown fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Newtown fell by $58,500 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 27.2% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Newtown in the fourth quarter of 2019.
