Home prices increased in Forest Park during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Forest Park rose by $23,250 while total sales increased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 17% increase over the $136,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Forest Park in the fourth quarter of 2019.
