Pricing for the median home in Silverton increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Silverton rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 35.2% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Silverton in the fourth quarter of 2019.
