What happened to the median home price in Loveland (Hamilton County) during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Loveland in the fourth quarter of 2019.
