How did home prices perform in Blue Ash during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Blue Ash rose by $29,900 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 15% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Blue Ash in the fourth quarter of 2019.
