The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Madeira increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Madeira rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Madeira in the fourth quarter of 2019.
