What happened to the median home price in Kenwood during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Kenwood rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Kenwood in the fourth quarter of 2019.
