The fourth quarter of 2020: Symmes Township experienced a 24.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Symmes Township rose by $74,250 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,000 - a 24.9% increase over the $298,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Symmes Township in the fourth quarter of 2019.
