Montgomery median home prices rose by 20.2% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Montgomery rose by $71,500 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $353,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Montgomery in the fourth quarter of 2019.
