The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Indian Hill rose by $17,450 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,112,500 - a 1.6% increase over the $1,095,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Indian Hill in the fourth quarter of 2019.
