Home prices increased in Elmwood Place during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Elmwood Place rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,500 - a 88.6% increase over the $22,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Elmwood Place in the second half of 2019.
