Falling home prices in Lockland in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Lockland fell by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 15.8% decrease over the $71,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lockland in the second half of 2019.
