Woodlawn median home prices fell by 6.2% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Woodlawn fell by $4,938 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,875 - a 6.2% decrease over the $79,813 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Woodlawn in the second half of 2019.
