What happened to the median home price in Mount Healthy Heights during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the second half of 2019.
