The second half of 2020: St. Bernard experienced a 14.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in St. Bernard rose by $14,900 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,900 - a 14.9% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second half of 2019.
