The second half of 2020: Home prices in Cincinnati increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $28,990 while total sales increased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 2,211 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 23% increase over the $126,010 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,062 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second half of 2019.
