What happened to the median home price in Pleasant Run during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Pleasant Run rose by $18,125 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $136,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second half of 2019.
