The second half of 2020: Forest Park experienced a 26.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Forest Park rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 26.3% increase over the $123,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Forest Park in the second half of 2019.
