Pricing for the median home in Sharonville increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Sharonville rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Sharonville in the second half of 2019.
