The second half of 2020: Silverton experienced a 30.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Silverton rose by $43,250 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 30.5% increase over the $141,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Silverton in the second half of 2019.
