Loveland (Hamilton County) median home prices rose by 21.5% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $35,800 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 21.5% increase over the $166,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Loveland in the second half of 2019.
