The second half of 2020: Home prices in Glendale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Glendale rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Glendale in the second half of 2019.
