Home prices decreased in Amberley Village during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Amberley Village fell by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,250 - a 3.5% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Amberley Village in the second half of 2019.
