How did home prices perform in Montgomery during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Montgomery rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Montgomery in the second half of 2019.
