Terrace Park home prices fell in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Terrace Park fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Terrace Park in the second half of 2019.
