Rising home prices in Woodlawn in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Woodlawn rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Woodlawn in 2019.
