2020: Home prices in Mount Healthy Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in 2019.
