Rising home prices in Greenhills in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Greenhills rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $138,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Greenhills in 2019.
