Cincinnati home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 3,943 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 20% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,607 homes sold in Cincinnati in 2019.
