2020: Springdale experienced a 18.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Springdale rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 24.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Springdale in 2019.
