Loveland (Hamilton County) median home prices unchanged in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County was unchanged while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000. There were 117 homes sold in Loveland in 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $167,000.
