Silverton home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Silverton rose by $36,500 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 27.1% increase over the $134,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Silverton in 2019.
