2020: Wyoming experienced a 9.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Wyoming rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $319,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Wyoming in 2019.
