Median home prices in Mariemont rose to $358,000 in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Mariemont rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $358,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Mariemont in 2019.
