Rising home prices in Symmes Township in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Symmes Township rose by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $336,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Symmes Township in 2019.
