Groesbeck median home prices rose by 20.5% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Groesbeck rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $132,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Groesbeck in December 2019.
