Median home prices in Mariemont rose to $343,500 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Mariemont rose by $108,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,500 - a 46.2% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mariemont in December 2019, as well.
