Symmes Township median home prices rose by 15.2% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Symmes Township rose by $48,250 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,250 - a 15.2% increase over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Symmes Township in December 2019.
