The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Amberley Village fell by $182,179 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,821 - a 28.9% decrease over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Amberley Village in December 2019, as well.
