January 2021: Woodlawn experienced a 2.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Woodlawn rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woodlawn in January 2020.
