The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Silverton rose by $13,850 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,300 - a 7.7% increase over the $180,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Silverton in January 2020, as well.
