Home prices increased in Madeira during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Madeira rose by $85,800 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,800 - a 32.4% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Madeira in January 2020.
