Median home prices in Montgomery rose to $400,000 in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Montgomery rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $392,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Montgomery in January 2020.
