Median home prices in Lockland rose to $65,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lockland rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lockland in February 2020.
