Arlington Heights median home prices rose by 95% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Arlington Heights rose by $41,571 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,321 - a 95% increase over the $43,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Arlington Heights in February 2020, as well.
