February 2021: Home prices in Northbrook increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Northbrook rose by $1,800 while total sales increased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 1.9% increase over the $95,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Northbrook in February 2020.
