What happened to the median home price in Newtown during February 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Newtown fell by $336,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,750 - a 75.7% decrease over the $444,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Newtown in February 2020, as well.
